Description

Summary • Emergency maintenance within the vCloud Director environments (ATL and LAX) is required to proactively address a time sensitive platform condition that if left unaddressed would risk potential service instability. • This emergency maintenance will require software and certificate updates. • No customer actions are required. Maintenance Scope • Pre-maintenance system snapshots • Upgrade to the latest supported vCloud Director maintenance release • Platform and configuration security and certificate updates • Post-maintenance validation and health checks Maintenance Window • Date: Friday, May 1, 2026 • Start Time: 9:00 PM EDT • End Time: 11:00 PM EDT • Duration: Approximately 2 hours Service Impact • vCloud Director console access will be unavailable. • vCloud Director dependent backups will be paused during this time, will resume normal cadence and scheduling following the completion of the maintenance. • No impact to running workloads is expected. Risk Mitigation • Full system snapshots will be taken before and after the upgrade to ensure rollback capability if required. • The environment will be closely monitored throughout the maintenance, and services will be promptly restored upon completion.

Description

We have been advised by our upstream network carrier of an upcoming carrier-initiated maintenance activity that may intermittently affect certain services at our PHX01 facility. While this maintenance is fully managed and executed by the carrier, we want to ensure you are informed in advance and can take any steps necessary to minimize potential impact. Carrier-Declared Maintenance Windows: Start time: 29-May-2026 at 03:01 US Eastern (07:01 UTC) End time: 29-May-2026 at 09:00 US Eastern (13:00 UTC) Maintenance Overview During this period, the carrier will perform a series of network maintenance operations within the PHX01 facility. While the carrier has indicated that all possible precautions will be taken to minimize disruption, there remains a possibility that some customers may experience intermittent connectivity interruptions during the applicable maintenance window. Please note that, per the carrier’s notice, this event cannot be rescheduled and is being conducted independently of Performive. Recommended Actions We recommend that customers: Review operational and business continuity plans. Implement any necessary contingencies to mitigate potential service impact.
